How to find us

Ebford is situated on the Exe Estuary, South-West of Exeter. It is midway between Exmouth and Exeter, and only 3 miles from Junction 30 of the M5.

Travel Directions

• From J30 of the M5 follow the signs to Sidmouth (A3052)
• At the roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted Exmouth (A376)
• Continue on this road and take the 2nd exit at the next roundabout (straight on)
• At the small mini-roundabout opposite the St. George and Dragon pub, take the first exit
• Go into Ebford village and take the 2nd road on the left (Old Ebford Lane)
• Courtfield is the 8th driveway on the right hand side just before a big red brick house called "elmfield"
